I'm so glad that you're here! I have been working super hard this past year putting endless hours into my photography business. I've been all over my little town capturing many memories for lots of new and familiar faces. The amount of love and opportunities I have been given has been life changing - someone pinch me because I still don't believe that this is my job! As a photographer, I have the such a special gift to give and I'm always very honoured to be asked to capture all your memories - big or small.
My style is warm natural tones, creating that real "rustic" feel (no pun intended). I'm a lover of movement to create those beautiful candid shots - so be prepared for me to tell you to do some crazy things, but it's okay just trust the process. I love being able to use my creativity, so if you ever have ideas don't be afraid to bring them up in our consultation. I especially love incorporating things into our sessions that are unique to you and your story.
I know how nerve wracking it can be to get your photos taken, I know the stress of getting your family put together, it's a lot. But I guaranteed you won't remember the tears or the hassle. I'm here to make it as easy and enjoyable as possible for you and your loved ones. I've said it before, and I always will - just take the damn pictures. Life goes by way too fast - our kids grow up, we lose loved ones, and before we know it all we have left is a picture to remind us of when their hands were so tiny, or the way that "papa" used to smile.
The reason I feel so passionately about why I do what I do is because, my husband lost his dad at a very young age. I'm so thankful for the photos we do have of him to keep his memory alive for our children. I will always hold this so closely to my heart. Time is so precious.
